I really enjoyed my time at the hotel during the charity 50's night, especially thanks to the fantastic staff who went above and beyond for us, especially my auntie who is in a wheelchair. The breakfast was brilliant, but I wish there were more vegetarian options. The rooms were great, although a bit warm, and the dining could use some improvement in terms of food quality for events. Overall, I had a delightful experience and I'm looking forward to returning for New Year's Eve!

This hotel has potential with its charming exterior and beautiful gardens, but many aspects need significant improvement. My experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness and outdated facilities. While the staff was friendly, the service at breakfast was chaotic and unsatisfactory, which I found disappointing.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were very basic and lacked niceties; some areas showed signs of neglect. My view faced a service yard filled with rubbish.
Service
5.0
Service was a mixed bag; while some staff were attentive, it took far too long for maintenance issues to be addressed. I had to remind them repeatedly about my safe issue, which wasn't fixed until checkout.
Location
6.0
The location looked stunning from outside, offering easy access to local towns, but the cleanliness inside the hotel was disappointing.
Dining
5.0
Dining was not up to the Hilton standard; while there was a variety of options, the breakfast service was chaotic with long waits, and an unsavory incident with a large dog in the dining area left me uncomfortable.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities need significant upgrades; the outdoor pool looked murky and was not inviting. Staff were trying to address issues, but improvements are definitely needed.

Our experience at the hotel was far from ideal. While the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, the overall customer service and hotel condition left much to be desired. We were particularly disappointed with how disinterested the staff seemed and the noise level during our stay. The lack of maintenance in the rooms, coupled with the chaos in dining services, made our time here less enjoyable than we hoped.
Rooms
5.0
The room was outdated and not well-maintained, with peeling bath edging and a damp atmosphere. Ratings for the rooms feel generous at best.
Service
5.0
Service at the hotel was quite poor, with staff appearing rude and unhelpful when we arrived and throughout the stay. It's evident there is a need for better training.
Location
5.0
The hotel is located in a quiet area, but there really isn't much to do nearby, making it feel isolated.
Dining
5.0
Dining was chaotic, with frequent shortages of menu items and a lack of attention to detail, leading to frustration.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were lacking as well, with the pool out of order and the gym seeming neglected.

This hotel falls short of expectations, especially considering its Hilton brand reputation. The rooms felt cramped and did not match the advertised photos. Additionally, we encountered cleanliness issues and loud noise from events happening beneath our room. On the upside, the management did apologize for the disturbances, but overall, the experience did not meet the standards I'd hoped for.
Rooms
5.0
The room was small and looked nothing like the photos. There was leftover takeaway on the windowsill, which was quite disgusting.
Service
5.0
Some staff were polite, but I experienced unhelpful service regarding a noise complaint. The management only offered an apology without any attempt to resolve our discomfort.
Location
6.0
The hotel is set in a lovely area, but the noise from events can be disruptive, which diminished the experience for me.
Dining
5.0
I didn't have a positive dining experience, as breakfast options were limited and the food quality left much to be desired.
Facilities
5.0
The overall facilities seem to be in need of a refurbishment and are quite dated.

My stay at the Hilton Avisford Park Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The hotel's beautiful setting and friendly atmosphere were definitely highlights, making it a welcoming choice for families. However, I encountered issues with the room not being ready on time and some minor discomfort with the quality of furnishings. The dining options, while generally good, fell short in terms of maintaining temperature during breakfast. Nonetheless, the stay was enjoyable and offered reasonable value for a Hilton property.
Rooms
5.0
Initially, our room wasn't ready when we arrived, which caused some inconvenience as we had only a short window to prepare for our event. The deluxe room we eventually got was quite dim and seemed worn out. We had to request a change to a different room that was compact and didn't quite meet our expectations, especially for our bigger luggage.

Location
7.0
The hotel is set in a lovely and peaceful area that's perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, some facilities such as the changing rooms seemed outdated and didn't match Hilton's usual high standards.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had a decent variety, though I found that some dishes were not as hot as I would have liked. Still, the options available were of good quality, and the staff worked diligently to keep everything organized despite the busy atmosphere.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities provided were fine, though there were a few that could use an upgrade or more attention, particularly around the pool area and outdoor spaces.
